My deepest sympathy and prayers are with you during this time of loss. Gain strength from each other and cherish the memories of your time with Herbert. I pray that you will find comfort is these words. “Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee..." - Psalm 55: 22.

Dear Sheryn, Please accept my sincere condolences with Herb's passing. When I heard the news, a veil of sadness fell over me. Herb and I worked at See's for many years together. He was always upbeat and casual and never seemed to let anything get him down. I am so sorry to hear he is gone.

My wife and I extend our deepest condolences to Herbie's wife, Sheryn, and their ohana at the passing of my cousin, Herbie. As one of his few relatives who have also resided in the Bay Area for the past 30+ years, I regret that we were able to get-together far too rarely. However, I spent time with his Mom (Auntie Fattie) and his Auntie Pep last September 2008 at my Dad's 90th birthday, and I have very fond memories of his sister Billie babysitting for us on Alewa Hts. I especially remember his grandparents, Auntie Helen and Uncle Bill White and their beautiful home on 6th Avenue in Kaimuki.
Rest in peace, Herbie
Aloha no,
