Judging from the age, I think Herman may be Louie who was 3 yrs behind me in Neptune HS...If it is Louie, he loved to fish in Fletcher Lake and even brought worms to school w/ him so he could go fishing right after school,,My sincer condolences, Louie was quite the guy and EVERYONE liked him..
