Herman Smith Obituary
Butch retired from Sound Manufacturing after 37 years, where he earned the title JACK OF ALL TRADES, as he is well known for being able to literally build ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING.
He was predeceased by his brother Robert. He is survived by his wife Lizbeth Polo-Smith; former wife Shirley Smith; children: Sherry Giles, Butchie Smith, Randy Smith, Sandra and Anthony Hall, Manlion, Franco, Angelina Ildefanso; grandchildren: Breanna, Aaron, Sherrice, Tyler, Evelyse and Valentina; great-grandchildren: Summer, Savannah, Lucy and Axle; brothers, Jim (Karen), Gary and Brian (Iris); sisters, Rita, Carol and Sandra (George).
A memorial service will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27, at the Woyasz & Son Funeral Home, 11 Jerome Road, Uncasville, followed by a reception at the VFW Hall in Waterford, 382 Boston Post Road.
