I met Hank once when he was visiting Laura in Jacksonville. We all went out to dinner together. I could tell he´d interviewed many people because he was gracious in hiding conversation at the table, including everyone and asking lots of questions and sharing stories. It was lovely to see how much his family adored him. I know he will be missed. My condolences to all those he impacted.
