I still think of you often. I hope you’re at peace. It still hurts to think about, and I think of all the stuff you didn’t get to see, and I wish I could have shown you and talked to you about. I hope you are happy and warm and knew that you were loved. I sincerely hope I meet you again in some form one day.

She was such a good friend. Brought so much love and laughter. Had a sense of laid back humor and wit to her like no one else. I’ll miss you so much Hillina.

Dear Hillina, thank you for the amazing memories we’ve had in high school and after. You’ve always been the person to bring a smile on people’s faces and were my birthday twin. I’m sure life had us apart for some time but you were always in my heart. I love you so very much and I know I’ll see you again when that time comes. When August 20 comes every year, I’ll take a shot for both you and I, twin. When life takes it’s course, I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again
