Heartfelt sympathy to the McLendon and Porter families. "Daddy Mac" opened his home to the F-Troop class of 2003 on many occasions, providing a little bit of home to those so far from home. He will be missed.

I was with deep sorrow when informed of "Mac's death. He and I went to work for Westvaco at the same time - He in Engineering, and I in Supply.I really got to know Mac after I had the pleasure and honor of working with him for almost 20-years as a Co-Agent in the Purchasing Department .He was a true gentleman in every way. Mac will be sadly missed. Doris, my sincere condolences and prayers are with you and your family.
