Cat I'm so sorry to hear about Holly. We got into some adventures in Jr. High and High School. But if hadn't been for Holly's friendship when we moved here from Midland I would have been lost. I will really miss her.

TO THE HERNANDEZ FAMILY.....
MAY GOD BE WITH YOU AT THIS DIFFICULT TIME IN YOUR LIFE. I KNEW HOLLY VERY WELL, WE SHARED SOOOOOO MANY WONDERFUL MOMENTS...AND WHENEVER I WAS UPSET OR JUST IN A NOT TO GOOD OF MOOD-SHE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HER FACE AND A HUGE HUG WAITING FOR ME. WE USED TO WORK TOGETHER AND HOW SHE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL. ONE THING THAT I WILL HAVE TO DO IS EAT A PORK CHOP SANDWICH FOR HER (DON YOU REMEMBER THOSE FROM THAT PLACE WE USED TO GET FOOD FROM BY THE JOB...JUST THOUGHT I'D TRY AND MAKE U SMILE).
I WILL MISS HER DEARLY....MAY THE LORD BE WITH YOU ALL AND HELP EASE YOUR PAIN, I KNOW IT WILL NEVER GO AWAY BUT I PRAY THAT IT WILL GET EASIER FOR YOU ALL. LOVE YOU

All our love, Ty, Rys, Mel

Cat, please see my previous note. A special note to you for standing by you girl. I love the photo you placed in the obituary. It was clear to see that Holly knew "you always had her back." You two have done a great job in raising a family. She was so proud of you and your children. God Bless You. Lifting you in prayer,

To Holly's dearest family. I was so shocked to hear Holly had gone to be with her Lord. So sorry you have had to let her go. As nurses we really try to leave most of what we do at work. However there are some patient that stick in your mind forever. Holly will be one of those persons. I never once entered Holly's hospital room that she didn't say thank you. Nor have I seen very many families that have put theirselves aside to care for a loved one. It has been an honor to care for Holly. You have been so blessed. Some families never have in a lifetime what you've have had even a short while. As others have written. Two unmistakable things we knew about Holly, she loved her family and her God.
May God keep you Don, "my sons" and "baby girl" in his hands.
Sincerely,

Amy Montgomery

My mom was my best-friend. i was born with severe asthma i can't remember how many times mom would crawl into the incubator when i was a little girl so they would not shave my head and put i.v's in my head. She not once left my side when she almost lost me at the age of 12 with severe pneumonia.Growing up i was always her little girl and she protected me the best a mom could. She was there from the time I gave birth to my first daughter(Kaitlyn)whom she treated as her own daughter during hard times. Her final yrs. with her illness she never showed pain only happiness and laughter especially when it came to friends and family and grandbabies. Holly's family was her life and she was ours.SHe squeezed my hand not to leave her and my dad held her in his arms until her last breath for we knew God had called her home.We love you mom. Jamie

Dear Cat & Family, I know this is a difficult time and Holly will be truly missed by so many loved ones. I just spoke with Holly the other day and as always she is always thinking of someone else. She knew I had a son in basic training for the army and I was sending care packages and wanted to know what she could send to her nephew. Wow! She always put others first and I wish more people could be like her. I will miss her calling us at the office, even though I had only known her for 5 years. Cat, she is in such a better place and has no more pain, Praise God. Lady (as you always called me) Enjoy your new home, we will miss ya!

Hello Cat and Donnie and family's,
Bud and I are so sorry about Holly! And the Good News is she is alive forevermore! We remember her love and interest in people and she loved her family very much. I (Linda) remember her making us laugh and how she had such a humbleness that was deep within her heart showing love and care for others. May you just rejoice in knowing Jesus was her personal Savior and one day we will all be reunited with her again.

I was raised in Blue Mound, my mother was the city secretary for years in the late 60's and early 70's. I went to school with Holly and always loved her sunny attitude. I am sorry to hear of your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with you.

My earliest memory of Holly was when we were both very little girls dancing in our yards. Her parents and my grandparents were neighbors (which later became our respective houses) and for almost 50 years we have shared much in each others life! My heart is heavy to realize she is gone, but I know she was glad to see old friends and family when she got to Heaven.

I will dearly miss her.

Dear Holly,
You've been in so much pain for so many years. You are finally free! The one thing I always remember about you is our conversations about Cat. How much you loved him! To love like that and to be loved, what a gift. Go fly with the angels, baby girl.
Love ya,
