Dear Ellen, Tony, and Bill,
I was very fortunate to have known your mother. I won't forget her incredible warmth and I also smile when I remember her funny quirks. Her passing is the end an era and I will never forget her. Love, Mary Frances

It is with great sadness we mourn the passing of our dear friend, Billie. We have very fond memories of her an enjoyed taking her and Marie DeCarlo, court secretary, on trips, one to NYC to view the Statue of Liberty by boat and another to Newport for a fun day and a dinner train ride. We will always remember the good times we spent with Billie and Al at their Juno Beach condo.
Our most memorable time with Billie was when she performed our wedding ceremony almost 25 years ago on September 23rd. She will be missed so very much.

To Tony and family: I’m so sorry that you’ve lost your incredible mom, mother-in-law and grandmother. She was truly one of a kind. You often hear that a person “made the world a better place” but I’m not sure most people have quite this much to prove it! Tony, she obviously instilled in you her drive, passion, and fairness. Wishing you all comfort in the memories.

Goodbye Mom. It has been a privilege - and pleasure - to have known you, and be welcomed into your family 20 years ago when you married Ellen and me. You were always generous, gracious, cheerful, optimistic, and encouraging. I miss you. With admiration and love ... Ian
