Hope Rodriguez Yamamoto, 69, of Hilo, a Hilo Wal-Mart customer service manager, died at home. She was born in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. She is survived by daughters Brenda Akimseu, Theresa Aila, Diane Yamamoto and Debra Yamamoto-Dias; hanai daughters Stephanie Delosantos and Kimberly Yamamoto; mother Lala Nieto; sisters Eva Villegas and Blanca Tafoya; 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Call after 9 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mauna Kea Memorial Park, Papaikou. Casual attire.
