I remember Howie with great fondness when I worked with him at Exxon's Legal Department. Howard was a fine lawyer and a fine mentor. I enjoyed the time I had with Howard. He will be welcomed by God and the Angels and he will brighten up paradise.

Having worked many years with "Uncle Howie" at ExxonMobil, my heart is broken to learn of his passing. He was a remarkable, wonderful person and kept us all on our toes and laughing! You will truly be missed. The Lord only made ONE, Uncle Howie and I know he's entertaining Him right now with some great stories!
