Jennie, Jan, and Janell,
I look at each entry that is newly posted....Since it is after the 28th, I don't know if you will get this....but, I can't stop thinking about Brent....It still seems impossible....I am so sorry that he's gone. Like each of his friends, who have remembered him well....So, do I. I just wish that he had not forgotten how much all of us Cared...Really Cared for him...without the pain he was in...now, maybe he can see and remember how much he meant to all of us.....Wendy, Stacy, and I, even though we hadn't seen him in years and years....Always Knew how Special He was/is......

I knew Brent in NYC for several years. We shared many laughs and some truly great times. There was this really special quality about Brent, a sort of innocence, that you only find in genuine, decent people. I lost touch when I moved abroad quite some time ago. I'll always remember him fondly. My sincere sympathy goes to the family and close friends.

I was fortunate enough to meet Brent when he first moved to New Canaan, CT. He was so bright, handsome, and funny. I will remember him for loving tunafish sandwiches, for his charm and wit, for his love of reading, and for his loveable Southern twang, so rarely heard in New England.

To the entire Turner family,
I remembered Brent from so many years ago, I was a very young girl--he meant so much to my sister, Wendy Sharpe Williams. I am so very sorry for what you are enduring and there are no words, I know, that will your lighten your pain and heavy heart, right now but just know that Brent is with God now, and no longer hurting. I will continue to keep your family in my thoughts and prayers. With Faith, all wounds are healed.

Dear Jenni, Jan & Jannell,
I am soooo Sorry....Wendy just emailed me. I couldn't believe my eyes as I was reading her words, it didn't seem possible. I can still see him, standing there, that last time I saw him, years and years ago. Such a sweet, nice, kind young man. So handsome, with his true character shining in his eyes....He's Always been one my Favorites, of Wendy's high school friends...I don't know what happened....I never forgot him...He is unforgetable...Good boys like him are....
You were a good friend Brent.

I'm deeply saddened. Brent and I were friends and neighbors when we were young. He was such a good friend and always made me laugh. Back then I remember how much he loved the University of Kentucky basketball team and the time he introduced me to the sounds of Jethro Tull from Mr. & Mrs. Turner's album collection while I was babysitting Jannell. Brent was always a gentleman around me and I will never forget his kindness, his grin and our childhood friendship. He will always have a special place in my heart. Mr. and Mrs. Turner and Jannell, please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely, Wendy Sharpe Williams

I knew Brent at Alabama and always enjoyed playing basketball with him as well as his easy going personality. It is always hard losing a young person such as Brent, but maybe he has found his eternal peace.
