Hugh Camp Obituary
Mr. Hugh Timothy Camp, age 68 of Thomaston passed away September 22, 2022. Mr. Camp was preceded in death by his wife: Joyce Annette (McDade) Camp, his mother: Lois Louise (Blocker) Camp and his brother-in-law: Robert “Bobby” Chancellor. He is survived by his children: Tonya Camp (Paul) Barnett of Trenton, NC, Timothy David (Erin) Camp of Greenville, NC, Kimberley Annette (Evan) Vaughn of Thomaston, Mary (Barry) Attleman of St. Amant, LA and Charles Will (Brandy) Camp of Thomson, GA, father: Charles Hugh Camp, sister: Susan Chancellor of Canton, grandchildren: Stormie (Aaron) Rhodes, Levi Camp, Mason Camp, Angel Vaughn, Tristen Vaughn, Joseph Vaughn, Mallory Attleman, Caleb Pase and Ethan Pase, great-grandchild: River Rhodes and nieces, nephews and extended family members. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the Chapel of First Baptist Church Jonesboro, Interment will follow at Jonesboro City Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Friday, September 23, 2022 at the funeral home.

My deepest and sincere condolences to my two children, Tonya & Tim Camp and to the rest of his beautiful family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all as you pass through this difficult time. Some of my memories of Tim are those of a fun-loving and happy man and I feel he is happy once again reuniting and rejoicing with his friends and family that took that journey to Heaven before him.
