I was fortunate to have known him, honored to have worked for him and can only hope that I've been able to uphold the love and respect he had for the law. The world is a lesser place with his passing.

As a lawyer who had the pleasure of appearing before him on many occasions, I was always impressed with his fairness and knowledge of the law. He was also blessed with a marvelous sense of humor.

Liz and family, I am so sorry to hear of Hugh´s passing. I loved the years we worked together in Madison County Famly court. He had so much compassion for the children and families. And our family will ever be grateful for his awesome tribute to our father, John Hogg,
After his sudden passing. And the privilege of my being able to performing in some of his wonderful plays is some thing I will never forget. RIP Your Honor. You were one of a kind.
