Growing up In Tampa You were always around it's still so hard to realize your gone When I heard about your passing I left Augusta and headed your way just wanted to be there for you like you always were for me .. I spent the day stopping by all the old spots spent the evening with Nick and Jimmy at the Hangout for your celebration of life and spent the night time just sitting on the beach were you would always put your chair I watched the waves and knew you were finally home finally pain and worry free .. I meet so many Hulkamaniacs who also made the journey as soon as they heard the news .. and realized you meant so much to so many from all over this world.. I was blessed to have been in your presence for so many years..Souls like yours who's journey touched so many is rare and you did a great job we are all so proud of you .. Rest easy in the arms of our Lord for you passed the test and are now granted eternal life We will keep Hulkamania Immortal down here until we meet again Love ya Big man and think of you daily and always will

It was a good to meet you when you came and wrestled in San Angelo, Texas in 1984. I met you with a friend and visited with you in the stands at the coliseum and I enjoyed my small time with you. We shook hands and parted ways, for the action was fixing to start. Start it did and you and the other wrestlers are great athletes and the moves you all do with one another and you alls leaps and throwing takes endurance and cardio and weight training in other words, it is takes a little bit of everything in working out to do all that work. You all helped inspire to keep fitness up. Thanks Mr. Terry B for your work and contributions in the wrestling entertainment circuit industry, and then in 1985 you and Captain Lou Albano and other wrestling athletes exploded, and fired up America with the sensational and exciting wrestle mania that year. That was the talk nationwide back then. My condolences and Christianity prayers for the Bollea/Hogan family for your loss.

My son followed him when the Hulk first started wrestling and continued until the end. He was a favorite in our household.

Hulk Hogan was by far the greatest professional wrestler/entertainer of all time. He has this aura about him that drew you to hin wether he was a good guy in the red and yellow, or the black and white as Hollywood Hogan.

He made my childhood so memorable and filled with many amazing memories. Thank you Terry for bringing us all "Hulk Hogan". Wrestling and life in general will never be the same without you. Enjoy your eternal rest in heaven!

I´m so sorry for your loss. He was my favorite wrestler of all time and was my hero growing up. Whenever I felt down, I´d watch him and felt so much better. Forever are the memories you made for the children of the 80s and 90s. You were are hero, and always will be Terry. You were such a solid, driven man; all of you were inckuding Randy and Andre. I never realized how much of an influence you guys were to us children until you passed away and then I experienced the hurt and loss of a person I never even met. Wow, I'm still beyond words over this and can not believe he's gone. Mike Fraser once said you were really only 5 foot 8 and I had to call him an idiot for that one, and I never forgave myself for not going when you and the Iron Messiah came to World Gym in Somerville back in 1990. I just wanted to say how grateful and thankful I am to have been a part of your wrestling era. You were the very reason I started watching WWF wrestling-you were the one who drew me in. I was a true Hulkamaniac.

I never got the chance to meet you in person or see you perform live, but I watched you every chance I could. I had your wrestling buddy, the WrestleMania Nintendo game, and the toys. Those things meant the world to me growing up.

I´m 43, soon to be 44, and when I heard the news, I cried. These past two weeks have been hard, Hulk. But I find comfort in knowing you are with Jesus. I´ve read the Bible four times, and I know He is real. He created a beautiful human being in you.

There will never be another-you were truly a once-in-a-lifetime gift to this world. Hulkamania will live forever. What you did for wrestling, and the impact you had on the lives of so many people, is something special.

Although I may not have known Terry 'Hulk' personally he was a very personal big part of my life since I was basically the only 9 year old girl in my group of friends who loved wrestling. As much as my heart is ripped to shreds, I'm smiling picturing him shredding a shirt, It can't come close to the pain his family and friends are feeling. All my love to them. My first love & my hero is gone now... I can't accept it and the world feels less magical without him in it. Thank you for the memories & so much more.

Wrestling has been a part of my life ever since that eventful Saturday night when I was 8, up past my bedtime, and turned on the TV. Hulk Hogan was champion at the time, and thought many champions have come and gone since then, it was known that it wouldn't have mattered much if it wasn't for Hulk Hogan. When I won the championship at an Indy fed in Florida in 2017, I paid tribute to the Hulkster with a leg drop.

If it wasn't for Hulk Hogan, wrestling wouldn't have had the impact on me and many others that it did. So from the bottom of my heart Hulk Hogan, thank you.

One wasted Saturday in 1984, I paused flipping channels when I saw Mr.T, only to be terrified by a larger-than-life monster in yellow & red that filled the screen and a thunderous voice booming about doing "what´s right"
I was an introverted, nerdy, bullied, overweight thirteen-year-old.
I was an abandoned, near orphan, weak and what I never admitted suicidal.
You scared me. You inspired me. You transformed me.
You were the first person that I said "I want to be like him"
I found my way into the weight room and finally believed in myself for the first time. Even though I saw you wrestle a dozen times;
I always wished to shake your hand and simply say thank you making me into a man.
See you on the other side and Thank You Hulkster.
