Dear Ira and Family, My mom and dad spoke very well of your dad when we were classmates at Robinson. We certainly are glad that he was able to share so many years with you and the many people who were fortunate to know him. Our sympathies to you!

Dear Marcus, I am sorry to hear of the loss of your Pop-Pops. I did not have the opportunity to meet him, he sounds like a wonderful man. I am sure he was so proud of you.

With much pain in our hearts & many tears to flow, we will miss Hy. It was an honor to have known Hy and call him a friend and neighbor. Hy was very kind and friendly; and is an original for the meaning of a 'Mensch' We will always love and remember him. May god bless him & his family at this most difficult time. Love, Max & Nadine 'Deanie' Sabrin, Old Saybrook, CT

I am so sorry for your loss of a very giving and kind-hearted man. Before I was born, my mother worked at Sage-Allen. After I was born, everyone in the store fusssed over me, especially Mr. Fink. On one of many visits to the lunchonette, he offered me a cupcake but I was so shy, that I refused it. Later in the day, a Sage-Allen truck pulled up in our driveway and delivered the cupcake! I have many fond memories of dining in the luncheonette until it closed.
