I was sadden to read of Ian's passing. We worked together for four years at CBC . I always enjoyed his company. We had talks that covered everything and there wasn't anything we didn't discuss. I always considered him a friend. I moved out of Kits 1979 and had little contact with Ian but when I did our conversation would pick up where we left off even if it was years ago. He will be missed knowing that our special get togethers will be no more. My deepest sympathies to you Maryanne and your family.

Over the years, whenever we met Ian on the front sidewalk or by his garage in the lane, he always had a smile, a comment or an interest in a chat. Thanks Ian, for helping make our neighbourhood a good place to be. With neighbourly affection, Pat and Phil
