Dear Melissa, my deepest sympathy to you and your family. I was deeply saddened to hear of your loss and will never forget my honours supervisor Dr. Holmes, and our honours year. I was very priveleged to have your father as my supervisor, not only because he was a great teacher but also a very caring and understanding person. My thoughts are with you and your family.
