Peacefully at Pendle Community Hospital on Tuesday, 24th August, 2021, Ian, aged 77 years, beloved husband to the late Jean, much loved dad to Carl, Kevin and Mark, cherished grandad to Nathan, Danielle, Connor and Ffion, father-in-law to Tracy and Sara, loved brother to Eric and David, brother-in-law to Mary and Janet, caring uncle to Tracey and Darren, also a dear friend and neighbour who will be sadly missed by all who knew him. At rest in the Alderson and Horan Funeral Home. Ian's funeral cortege will leave from his home on Wednesday, 8th September at 10-15 a.m. followed by service and cremation at Burnley Crematorium, 10-35 a.m. Family flowers only please or donations are being received for Pendleside Hospice and Pendle Community Hospital, c/o and all inquiries to Alderson and Horan Funeral Service, 128 Rossendale Rd, Burnley, BB11 5DH.
