I am sorry not to be supporting you at Ian's funeral. I will light a candle to his memory and raise a glass of champagne to celebrate him. Ian was a special mining engineering graduate.l recall he worked one summer at Quemont gold mine at Noranda Qc.when,one day the power we nt off we deep underground, Ian decided,at the shaft to climb the ladders for half a mile vertically so as not to miss his date that night.Ian said later,"now I can do anything"
