"Miss you and love you" has a different feel these days. Every day you´re on my mind- twice per day past Exit 22 and a number of times in between. Mostly trying to wrap my head around this nightmare which is sadly the new reality. I miss swapping texts with you comparing weather, music, pets- whatever. I grieve what we didn´t have time for and future plans we always discussed. But it´s not all sad. I´m grateful for the bond we had, for all the games of mini golf, scrabble and sorry! I´ll always think of you when I listen to the Cranberries or 10,000 Maniacs. And I´m grateful for the support we gave each other and will forever remember the night before my wedding when you walked the halls with me for 2 hours trying to ease my jitters. I wish you gave me the opportunity to ease yours. I miss you terribly but I see the signs and I hope you are at peace. Miss you and love you forever
