Ida Toro

TORO , Ida (nee Di Giovannantonio) March 12, 1934 - February 13, 2010 Ida Toro of Calgary passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by loved ones, on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at the age of 75 years. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all who touched her life. Ida is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Gino and Vanessa Toro; two daughters and sons-in-law, Antonette and Pro Stergiou, Mirell and Doug Willson, and daughter Annette Toro; eight grandchildren, Nicholas Navratil, Payton and Dillon Budd, Robert and Matthew Willson, Meagan, Brandon and Adrian Toro. Ida was predeceased by her husband Robert Toro on April 16, 1999. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY'S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) this evening, February 18, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke's Catholic Church (corner of Northmount Drive and Northland Drive N.W.) on Friday, February 19, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen's Park Mausoleum.
