I will miss you Ingrid, you were always full of fun and a joy to be around! My sincerest condolences to your family and your boys.

I was stunned to recently see Ingrid's name in the "In Memoriam" section of the Air Canada Aeronet site. We worked together for a month many years ago doing very long days. Ingrid made those tough days more bearable with her ready smile and upbeat personality. It is hard to believe that she is gone at such a young age. My deepest sympathy goes out to you at this difficult time.

I had not seen Ingrid for years, but when I saw her name in this obituary I immediately remembered the vivid and cheerful person I had met. We worked together quite a few times. I always thought she looked a little like a friend I had grown up with, and when I finally showed her a photograph of that friend, Ingrid agreed, "yes, I can see the resemblance." After that, although our paths did not cross very often, we would laughingly greet each other like the "lifelong friends" we were. I'm sorry there won't be a chance now for the friendship to grow further into the real lifelong friendship that was beginning. But I will remember the warm friendship that Ingrid offered to me! I'm sure she will be leaving behind many others with such good memories of her. She will be missed.

I had the pleasure of flying with Ingrid on a few occasions. I remember some great conversations with her! She struck me as a very strong and loving person.
I send my heartfelt condolences to her sons of whom she spoke proudly and to all her loved ones.

My dearest Ingrid,...oh how I will miss you. Having you in my life has made me a better person. I will forever treasure the memories...you gave me the gift of knowing what it would have been like to have a sister. I will continue to talk to you and look for a sign that you are with me.
