My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Ione and I were cousins. Ione's dad and my mother were (Paul) siblings. I reconnected with Ione after I retired and became interested in our family history. We shared many memories of our family and events as she remembered them. Ione was very helpful in sharing and identifying photos that I sent to her. I will always remember Ione as a brave and sweet dear person.

Sorry to hear of Iona,s passing. We were Auxiliary sister at VFW 425 in Hopkins. She and I also had the same birthday. She was a nice lady and lots of fun. Remember the good times. Helen and Jerry Hansen Aitkin,Mn.
