I know I'm not the only neighbourhood kid who was welcomed into the Reid household by Irene and Byron. I remember them always as such a warm, kind and generous couple. Irene was one of the most gentle, loving and genuinely caring persons I have ever been fortunate to have met in my life, and the world is greatly diminished for her passing.
And moms are so very special, so my heart goes out to my dear friend Cheryl, and to Peter and David and their families. Hold each other tight, love each other every day and cherish your memories of your mom forever in your hearts.
