I just heard of Irene's passing to her next great adventure. I loved sharing so many things with her - travel, line dance, her pride in her family - life's adventures. She will be dancing in heaven. Love, prayers, and hugs

Irene was not only a co-worker, but my friend. She also was dynamic, ENERGETIC, positive, a gracious lady, a joyful and caring mother and grandmother. Irene was a good, kind, and gentle person.

Irene loved and was proud of her children. I remember ....
Sandra, who received her nursing degree and moved to Washington State; the birth of Irene's first grandchild; and how worried Irene was about them when the volcano erupted.
How happy Irene was when Noreen received her dental hygienist degree.
Scott, who came to our house as a very young man to design and build our new trap door.
Jeffrey and Susan coming to K-Mart to perform for Entertainment Day. Irene was so proud of them.
Jeffrey becoming a teacher like his mother; the travel adventures they shared.
Susan, who loved dancing and taught dance classes.

This is what I will always remember when I think of Irene.

Oh, and her enthusiasm for the K-Mart "Blue Light" specials.

Irene and her family will always remain in my heart and in my thoughts.
