MCALLEN- Irma Balderas, 76, died Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her her parents, Clemente Aguilera and Eloisa Campos; a sister, Maria Guadalupe Aguilera; and a daughter Yesenia Balderas.
Mrs. Balderas is survived by her husband, Oscar Javier Balderas, Sr.; seven children, Griselda Romero Aguilar, Oscar Javier Balderas Jr., Jorge Luis Balderas, Nancy Maricela Reyes, Jose Guadalupe Balderas, Jessica Balderas, Janie Balderas; 15 grandchildren, Julio Cesar Munoz, Isabel Balderas, Tiffany Ward, Rosa Maria Balderas, Jorge Luis Balderas Jr., Anjoleen Balderas, Joel Alejandro Reyes, Deanira Delaine Reyes, James Guadalupe Reyes, Jose Guadalupe Balderas Jr., Jose Miguel Balderas, Irma Isela Balderas, Ashley Rachel Salgado, Daisy Marie Salgado, Brittany Nicole Salgado; 12 great-grandchildren, Julio Cesar Munoz Fidalgo, Fabian Balderas, Paisley Ward, Aleah Balderas, Azale Balderas, Aitana Balderas, Jorge Luis Balderas, Naydeen Carillo, Sebastian Carillo, Anahii Lucio, Alejandro Javier Arevalo, Delilah Guerrero; four siblings, Clemente Aguilera, Heriberto Aguilera, Maria Del Carmen Galindo, Jose Aguilera
Visitation will be begin at 9 a.m. with a 10 a.m. rosary Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. Wednesday May 1, 2024, at St. Jude Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
