I was very sad today to learn that Dr. Allen passed. I was kindly notified through the mail by IEHP that my children was reassigned a new health care Physician. I enjoyed the visits with him when he treated my children and he was the best, no doubt. Very dedicated to children he was and even in heaven above I know he is watching over them. Enjoy your new life doctor.

Dr. Allen was my doctor from birth to adulthood and when I had children there was no one else I would have taken my children to. My most heart felt condolences go to his family. He will be missed very much. Thank you for the all knowledge you have sharred.

To the family of Dr. Allen: I am sorry for your loss. Dr. Allen was an awesome doctor. He knew all the remedies to raising children. He often talked about his children and raising them and what he did about certain problems, eczema, gas, food allergies etc. He should have been teaching or retired but, I guess he loved the babies and children. He will be missed! He was awesome. One of the oldest hippies I know. (With his long hair in back) smile! He worked hard, now he will rest! God's Blessings! The Owens Family

Dr. Allen was such a nice and wonderful pediatrician to both my daughters when they were young girls. Thank you for that. You will be missed. May God bless family and friends of Dr. Allen.

Moving from the Los Angeles area in 1994, Dr. Allen was my boy's first pediatrician in the Inland Empire. Very good with children and a very good person. May God comfort his wife, children and all who loved him.
