Isaac Chandler, Jr. Obituary
Isaac “Ike” Thomas Chandler, Jr., age 58, of Somerset, KY passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023 at his residence.
Ike was born on September 24, 1964 in Modesto, CA to the late Isaac Thomas and Lullabell Chandler. He loved his family and friends with a passion.
He is survived by his wife and best friend, Melissa Morris of Somerset; one daughter, Rebecca (Raymond) McCauley of Louisa, KY; three sons, Jeremy (Amy) Chandler of Louisa, KY; Aaron Burns; Trevor Chandler of N.C.; three grandchildren, Michael McCauley, Zackary McCauley and Raymond McCauley, Jr.; his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; two sisters-in-law, Marie Welniak of Reston, VA and her son, Dylan and Wendy Jerominek of Danville, KY; and his beloved fur babies, his cats, Princess, Jemma and MooMoo.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Isaac Thomas and Lullabell Chandler.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at his residence on Monday, February 20, 2023 beginning at 4:20pm. (The residence is located at 403 Poole Lane, Somerset, KY 42503.)

I grew up in Sacramento knowing Ike, from about 2nd grade to 9th grade. We called him "Ikee". I knew his mom and dad too, and stayed over his house many nights. Somewhere around 9th grade, Ikee moved away with his family to Kentucky. I only seen him once since then around 1988(ish) - we were both about 24 then. He let me know his mom and dad had passed. We were good friends growing up, got into a lot of trouble together and had a whole lot of fun doing it. Ikee was a good guy, smart with a creative mind -- a fixture in the whole neighborhood, everybody knew him! I tried looking him up a few times years passed and I always hoped I'd see him again or at least talk to him one more time -- I'm very sad. Rest In Peace brother from a time when we were very young. You've left a lasting impact on those who knew you.
