My family and I have just learned of Isabel's passing and would like to extend our heartfelt sympathy to all the Levesque family.
Isabel and my mother, Harriett Robertson née Johnston, were first cousins and Mother often spoke of Isabel to me. I met Isabel on several family occasions and also spoke with her on the phone at various times. I was in awe of her art; we have two original works and two prints on display in our home. Isabel certainly earned her place as a great Alberta artist.
I know you will miss her forever.
Our sincere condolences to you all.

Leon,
Our sincere condolences to you and your siblings in the passing away of your dear Mother. We met Isabel in the early eighties when we delivered honey to her home in the west end, and we were in awe of the beautiful paintings on her walls. We are happy to say we have a few prints and have often spoken of this very sweet lady.
May God bless all of you and may cherished memories sustain you.
Most Sincerely,
Phil and Vicky Baril Spruce Grove

Leon, our sincere condolences. We are constantly reminded of your mother with a number of her works proudly displayed in our home. We always enjoyed receiving her Christmas notes and her lively conversations the few times we had the opportunity to talk to her. A special hello to your uncle Fred--we always enjoyed his remarkable memory and equally astounding card tricks.
Leon, our sincere sympathy.

To the Levesque Family, Please accept our sincere sympathy. Roger and I so enjoyed visits with your Mom, seeing her wonderful paintings, and her reminiscing of childhood adventures with my dad, Roddie Johnston. She was such a vital, interesting person and will be sadly missed. From Roger & Judy Wolff

Leon, please accept our condolences to you and your entire family. We very much appreciate all your help in restoring a small but very treasured sampling of your mother's artwork in our home. Those three prints have
resonated appreciatively with many of our visitors, bringing a smile and refreshing a memory from harvest time that was dear to their hearts. We are sorry for the loss of your mother.
Sincerely, Garry and Mary Jo Lay

To the whole family,
My sincere condolences for the loss of your Mother Isobel, who was a Great Aunt to me. Many years have passed since I had the pleasure of visiting with Isobel, her memory will always be with me. One of Isobel's fine water color paintings has travelled with me to many homes over the last 30 years. Isobel was truly a remarkable woman, one I will never forget...
Kindest Regards to All,
Karen Levis, nee Mcewen

To Leon, D'Arcy, Michelle, Jerry, Frank and the whole family and extended families.... Was saddened to hear of your grievous loss. Please accept my sincerest condolences. Isabel will be missed by the art community, to which she so unselfishly shared her knowledge and skills as an accomplished oil and watercolour landscape artist.
