As a mentor and nurturing spirit Isabel moved so many people forward in their journeys. It was such a blessing to have her in my life. I remember her supportive and kind words even now.

I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Isabel at our Tuesday stitching group in recent years. She always had something wise to say and a quick wit that made us all laugh. I´ll always remember you Isabel. Rest in peace dear friend.

Isabel was definitely one of my most favorite people. I loved spending time with her and just having a conversation with her. She was so easy to talk to. I also loved visiting her in NY. I remember how she loved telling people about my first time visiting NYC. She would tell people how I was just walking slowly and taking my time to soak it all in and she said "you're not in Florida anymore, get to moving" and once she said that I was gone hahahahha. Still cracks me up. She took me on my first cruise, obviously took me to NYC for my first time, and allowed me to spend many summers in Hempstead with her and Pete. She was an amazing aunt and will truly be missed.
