I am heart broken at the passing of Tiger...may he rest in peace.
He was always the life of the party (the both of you) at all of the Keenan gatherings...Tiger was always very kind and gentle and FUNNY !!!
My sisters and I ((MY ENTIRE FAMILY) are truly heart broken over his passing...
He always knew the how to lift us out of our miseries with a kind word, a joke and a smile...I have been going over the happy times in my mind ever since I heard the sad, sad news...
Pat, I am so sorry that I could not attend the wake and funeral. I was very ill. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. What a nice man Tiger was!
God Bless you, Isadore Tagliaferri!

To The Tagliaferri Family

I am saddened to hear of "Tiger's" passing - may he rest in peace.

He was a classmate, friend and fellow guardsman. He played a great short stop, stole some bases and helped put runs on the board which endeared him to our pitching staff.

As a long time member of our reunion committee, his wit and presence will be missed.

To "Tigers" Family:

It is with deep regret that I read of Izzy's passing.
We met in 1947 when he and Muggsie Espicopo walked into Jr.4 as 7th graders. Though I was a year ahead of him, we became good friends for the next two years. I watched as he played basketball for Jr.4. Despite being the shortest player on the team, his competitive spirit made him a giant.
I still have a photo of the team which included Izzy, and looking at it, brings back memories I so enjoy.
It was at my brother in law Johnny Zuccarelli's funeral 1 1/2 years ago at our family parish; Sacred Heart that in speaking with Fr. Dennis, I learned he was Izzy's nephew. At that time I asked Fr. Dennis to extend my regards to an old and dear friend.
He was a fine man, a good athlete, who fortunately left you all with many good memories to sustain you in your time of loss.
May he now rest in a painless peace.

Sincerely
