DR. IVA MIHIC

Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing away of Dr Mihic. You can go through an entire lifetime without meeting a truly formidable individual. My family and I were truly blessed to know this remarkable woman almost from the time she started her practice. Her compassion and kindness made you want to be just like her. I am sure others felt the same as she always had home-made goodies piling up on Mida's desk anytime you walked into her office. Some speak of Superman or Spider-Man when asked who their hero is...mine will always be Dr Mihic.

My sincere sympathies go out to the family. She was a wonderful person and doctor. I missed her when she retired and have thought of her often. A truly dedicated person to her profession.

I have often thought of Dr Mihic over the years.
She was a huge part of my family's life: she met my aunt Krystyna at St Joe's, after which, she took my aunt, my mom Zofia and myself on as patients.
I've known her since I was a little girl and Dr Mihic was a caring, stern by warm, health influence on our lives.
I shall keep her...and her family...in my prayers. Sending warm thoughts and heartfelt sympathy for your loss.
But as well, heartfelt gratitude for the huge impact she had on my life.
Now that I know the Nature Conservancy is something that was important to her, I am happy to make a donation in loving Memoriam of Dr Mihic.

We are sorry to hear of Dr. Mihic's passing. She was an excellent doctor and always had time to listen. She took care of us both along with our grandparents. May she rest in peace.

I was among Dr. Mihic's many patients when she first started up her practice in Canada many years ago as a matter of fact she delivered my beautiful daughter. She was a fine doctor as well a friend, made one feel welcomed and always had time to listen. May she Rest In Peace.
