I will remember Ivor as a gentleman. He was always pleasant to treat, had a sharp mind, was good with a story and took an interest in life. I will miss his visits at the clinic, and his presence in my e-_mail box. He was a fine man. My sympathy goes out to you.

It is with profound sorrow that I express to you and Pauline my condolences on Ivor's passing. His gentle smile and wonderful sense of humor will be greatly missed by all. I'm so very sorry.

I've known Ivor for a few years now. He always impressed upon me the need to keep busy and welcome challenges, even after retirement. In a discussion with another colleague on Friday past, he remarked how he's been "retired" several times already, but he still enjoys his work.

Ivor strikes me as a person who really enjoyed life! His wit and wisdom will be missed.
