Rev. Bishop was surely a strong christian and took every opportunity presented to him to witness and share his faith! He was someone that most people in our community admired and respected. I know he has received the peace and rest he so deserved!
Mrs. Bishop, Keith and Carlton, you will always be in my prayers and I pray God's comfort will be around you, ALWAYS!

Our hearts are sadden with the loss Rev. Bishop. He was a friend, a teacher, a pastor, a coach, and a faithfull Christian. I never knew a man that had so much faith in God, and lived by that faith daily. I will always remember the days on the softball field the most. His love for sports and teaching life went hand in hand. To me, sports was a tool he loved to use when witnessing for Jesus.
Mary, Megan, and I express our deepest sympathy to Mrs. Bishop, Keith, Carlton, and the family. We love you and will always keep you in our prayers.
Rev. Bishop, you were always in our daily prayers. I thank you for the life lessons you have tought us. I will always keep them close to my heart. Thank you for being a friend. Remember, "When you turn third, you head for home." Surely, I know you're safely there.
