Jacalyn Youkon Obituary
YOUKON
Jacalyn (Van Der Jagt), 54, of Newark, passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at St. Michael's Hospital, due to complications of pneumonia. Jacalyn was born on April 7, 1960 in Passaic, NJ. She lived most of her life in Clifton, NJ.
Jacalyn is survived by two sons, Christopher Van Der Jagt of Rowlett, TX and Cody Youkon of Clifton, NJ. Two sisters, Karen Kielblock of Farmers Branch, TX and Patricia Wilson of Lakewood, NJ. Also nephew Matthew Wilson and niece Elisha Wilson. Longtime partner David McNally provided much joy and love to Jacky's life for the last 9 years.
Jacalyn was predeceased in death by her parents Peter and Evelyn Van Der Jagt and a sister Evelyn Van Der Jagt Register.
Memorial service to be at First Presbyterian Church of Clifton, 303 Maplewood Ave., Clifton, NJ on Saturday November 22,2014 at 3 PM.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Jackie's passing. My deepest sympathy to all of you. Although we lost contact in our adult years, my childhood memories are filled with time spent with Jackie. She was beautiful inside & out. So sorry I just found out this past weekend. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Much love
