Jack Avery Obituary
Graveside services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. at Cushing Cemetery under direction of Memorial Funeral Home, Tyler.
Mr. Avery died Feb. 17, 2007, in a Tyler hospital.
He was born Jan. 5, 1946, in Henderson, and worked for Bell Helicopter in Amarillo. He was a member of Landmark Baptist Church and Amarillo Chapter of Gideons. He was preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Wanda Avery, and father, Joseph Avery.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Avery, Tyler; daughters, Penney Avery and Danna Avery, both of Flint; mother, Margilene Penney Avery, Flint; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Barry Cabiran, Richard Lanham, Ken Wise, Doug Haning, David Reed, Shane Watson and Steve Stephens.
Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
