Jack you were an amazing grandpa to Jessica and Chaz! We loved every holiday dinner and football games we watched together as a little Twin Falls family. We loved listening to your stories as you'd slipped some leftovers under the table to all the pets! Your heart ❤ was kind and caring. We will miss your laugh at our family gatherings, but rest assured you'll be their in spirit. I can only imagine the stories you and your son Lance are sharing right now. God bless you and bring peace to your loving family here on earth. All our love, Mary and Robert Clancy

Jack Bills was truly the person one would want managing our National Forests and as a friend. God Bless his family in this time of sorrow at the loss of our friend Jack. It was my good fortune to meet Jack when he was the Challis National Forest Supervisor and the friendship continued.

Jack was a true friend.
We met when Jack was running The Twin Falls Stake Basketball Program. Over the years Jack opened the Church for many of the young men of stake and made sure they had a safe place to play basketball and associate in a wholesome environment. For at least 10 years Jack went every year to 11 year old day camp to teach boys about Nature and the Environment. He will be missed.

Jack Bills, without a doubt, remains one of the finest people I have ever known, worked with and visited with over my career time (1962-1991)in the US Forest Service...He was always the Gentleman without exception. He is the kind of a person you want with you when you have to cross a raging river....Our Days on the Bridger NF was a true professional experience thanks to Jacks Land Management ethics. Wishing him a pleasant and safe journey.............
