DOMM-It is with great sadness that Jack passed away suddenly on September 4, 2007. Jack was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Mary, brothers, Tony (Anthony), Joe, and John and sister Genevieve Strauch. Left to cherish his memory are wife Helen (Priess) children Gerald (Shirley) Domm, Janette (Ronald) Sitter, Ralph (Pat) Domm, Mary (Leo) Sitter, Linda Domm (Robert Segouin), Lana (Gary) McKay-Hanes, 13 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren. Sister Agnes Prokop, brother-in-law, Joe Preiss (Elsie), sisters-in-law Rose Tulik (Peter) and Katie Wilcox. Numerous nieces and nephews. Prayer Service will be held on Friday, September 7 at 7:30 p.m. Memorial Mass will be held on September 8 at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Bob MacKenzie officiating. Both services to held at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Dysart, Saskatchewan. Interment to follow at Dysart Catholic cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Canadian Heart and Stroke Society in Jack Domm's name. Arrangements entrusted to Lee Funeral Home, Cupar, Saskatchewan.

grampa, on sept.8,2007 we layed you down to rest, now exactly one week later on sept. 15,2007 me and jesse gave you your 14th great grandchild. he's a boy. you are sadly missed grampa, but never forgotten. all our love Tish Jesse and new baby (Jesse jr.)
