GRANT, Jack Peacefully at the Ottawa Hospital General Campus on Wednesday, May 7, 2008, age 85 years. John "Jack" Edmund Grant of Ingleside. Beloved husband of the late Mary Ellen McLaren. Loved father of Karen McLean of Perth, Jeff Grant (Lou) of Foymount, Ontario, Sandy Shaver (Brad) of Ingleside and Kathy Robinson (Archie) of Finch. Dear brother of Garth Grant of Long Sault and Audrey Young McPhee of Cornwall. Sadly missed by 9 grandchildren Sandra, Don, Matt; Jesse, Dara; Kerri, Kelly, Kim and Colton and by 12 great grandchildren. Dear uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Bertha "Dolly" Grant and one sister Marge Alguire. Visitation will be held at the Brownlee Funeral Home, Maple Street, Ingleside, on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. A SERVICE IN CELEBRATION OF JACK GRANT'S LIFE WILL BE HELD IN TRINITY UNITED CHURCH, INGLESIDE ON SATURDAY, MAY 10, 2008 AT 2:00 P.M. Interment to follow at St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery. As expressions of Sympathy, memorial donations to the Cornwall Dialysis Centre on Brookdale Avenue or Trinity United Church, Ingleside would be appreciated by the family.
