I often think of Jack, especially when I need someone to talk to. Someone to listen. Someone to set me straight. I miss him, but know hes in a better place, probably playing golf. God bless his soul.

I am so saddened by the loss of a great therapist for many. The world needed a man like Jack and especially all the children he helped. He taught me alot and I am greatful! Clare and son, Christopher

What a great guy! My deepest condolences to Jack's family and friends. He will be deeply missed....

I am proud to say I was part of the family 'downstairs'. Jack would argue with me about the Yankees and Mets. Give me grief for wearing my Yankees' hat to our talks. Debate me on the state of my beloved NY Knicks. Turn on the TV to catch up on sport scores. Played music during our talks. He was the BEST! One of a kind. We lost an angel.

I'm devastated over this. My condolences to the family. We lost a great one.

Though Jack only got to work with my son for a short time, he impacted his life tremendously, something no other therapist was able to accomplish. He always gave us the hope that all would be okay. You will be deeply missed. Our prays and condolences to the Halpern family.

Jack wrote me a letter dtd 5/18/11, one short month ago, reminding me we should get together. Even in his last days Jack was always thinking of someone other than himself. Rest in peace Jack.

Jack was an amazing therapist. But you could always tell that the thing that he loved and valued most in life was his family. God bless.

Such devastating news. So sad to hear of Jack's passing. I feel so lucky to have had the chance to know Jack. His comfort helped so many of us to persevere. His guidance was priceless and due to his selflessness, I doubt he really knew how much he truly meant to me. He will be missed by many. I'm proud to have known Jack. May he rest in PEACE!!!!

I treated with Jack for over 15 years. He was there for me through some of the most challenging and difficult times of my life. He helped me to save my life, my family, and myself. I am saddened and shocked that he was taken from us so quickly and without having had the opportunity to say goodbye.
