JACK (JACOB) HEIDEMA March 11, 1927 - February 13, 2014 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jack on February 13, 2014 at West Oak Village in his 87th year. Beloved husband of 25 years to Delia (formerly Paget). Loving father of Alec (Marilyn), Yvonne (Bruce MacKay) and Jackie Adams (Alex McMillan), step- father of Rod Paget, Wayne Paget (Kim), Jan Graves (the late Robert) and the late Scott Paget who is survived by Cheryl. Proud "Grandpa Jack" of Ryan, Kristi, Kyle, Connor, Sarah, Brian, Zoe, Brooks (James), Whitney, Michael (Krista), Steven, Meaghan (Brian), Victoria and great-grandpa of Robert. Family and friends will be received at OAKVIEW FUNERAL HOME, 56 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, ON on Tuesday, February 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Clarkson Presbyterian Church, 1338 Clarkson Road, Mississauga. Interment Spring Creek Cemetery. The family is grateful for the compassionate care provided to Jack at the West Oak Long Term Care Oakville over the past year.
