HO, Jack
May 19, 1931 – September 5, 2014
Jack passed away September 5, 2014 at St. Michael's Hospice after a two-year battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Wan Boe; son Edwin (Patricia); daughter Nadine; grandson Matthew; granddaughter Lauren; sisters Yuet Ling and Yuet Ching (Foo), brothers David (Grace), William (Desiree) and sister Ming (Walter); and many extended family and cherished friends. Jack was a very special person with a strong will to live. He endured many health issues with a positive attitude. Jack will be deeply missed and will live forever in our hearts. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church (1450 Delta Avenue, Burnaby) followed by a Celebration of Life from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. in the Amenity room at 2088 Madison Avenue, Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the BC Cancer Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Mrs. Ho, Edwin and family;
I am so very sorry for your sad loss. I only met Jack a couple of times, but I remember him as a man of humour and dignity. I have always been thankful to him for doing all the detective work for both of us when we bought our new cars together.
