Dr. Ingram was a great professor who could clearly and concisely convey thoughts and concepts so that others could understand - a great professor. His humor was great and he will be missed. Thanks, Jack.

Dr. Ingram was a true professor who's passion for teaching was evident in his class. He opitimized the occupation of truely wanting to impress upon each student the value of law and the improvements in your life it provides. He taught because it was his calling- not because it was an income.

Jack and I go back to 1973 when I joined (then) ETSU as a professor in the marketing department. He had been to law school (SMU) with my husband John. We remained loyal friends for 36 years. He was smart, humorous, and award winning as a teacher. His passion for animals (especially "kittys") was surpassed only as a loyal friend. We miss you already, Jack. Rest in Peace.

He loved apricot fried pies, Jakie's Dessert, anything with peanut butter in it, and Thanksgiving dinner. He loved swimming and walking; good books, history, family and animals. He couldn't cook and he did not care for science fiction. I miss him terribly.

Our sincere condolences in the loss of our good friend. Jack attended our 60th reunion on October 2 and 3. We greatly enjoyed visiting with him. He graduated in 1948, but attended our events whenever he could.

Magnificent teacher and friend. His classes were inspirational and humous. I use what he taught us every day of my career (30 years). Wonderful sense of humor, well read, remembered everything and quoted philosphers as well as cartoons. Love Jack Ingram and he led a good life with postively impacted thousands of lives.
