So many memories dear friend! Jack's smile could light up a room. He was the leader of our young pack. From camping to rock and roll music, he showed us how it was done. Even though it has been many years since we have all been together, it seems like yesterday. I will never forget you and the good times Jack Llewellyn. Thanks for your friendship.

I was Jack's family doctor for many years. He always brightened my day and was an inspiration to me. My staff and I already miss him and his, "Hello Darlin'".
