My Dad (Ray Toth) and I (Darlene Toth Gray) knew Joe! He was a great guy! So very kind and he had a great sense of humor!! Joe and Mary would hold seats behind them on a bus going on a casino trip for my Dad and I. RIP Joe! Check out the Heaven Casino! Look for Ray and Jean!
