Lucille and family, " Oakey was to gardening what Ted Williams was to hitting a baseball." Bob, another neighbor, quoted while we shot the breeze admiring his garden. May he rest in peace. Jack was a great neighbor to us. He shared many great and funny stories. We will miss seeing him outside or just stopping by the fence with Jake, to say Hello. Our prayers are with the entire family.

Jack was a great man. Warm, friendly and full of wisdom. I miss hunting with him !! He was a gentle soul who loved his family and all those around him.
