Jack Scott Richards

Dear Shirley and family,
It was with sadness that I read Jack's obituary that my mom (who now lives in Lincoln) sent me. Not only did I have him as a teacher while at GISH, but I have happy memories of your family when we all still lived on 13th Street in GI. This was before Dwight was born, of course. Even though there was quite an age difference between me and Brian and Greg, I used to play with them from time to time. My family still chuckles when we remember the boys standing on the curb by the Southards' yard, watching for me to come outside, and calling across the street, "Susan, you come over some nice night and play?" Mr. Richards was an amazing teacher I had him in 1965 class. He will be missed by many. Prayers are with the family.
