Jack UKRAINETZ Obituary
It is with great sorrow that we, the family of Jack Ukrainetz of Erwood, announce his peaceful passing on September 15, 2016. Jack will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his three daughters and one son: Carol (Don) Siki, Kerry (Kamillia) Ukrainetz, Sandi (Ray) Shevernoha and Sheri (Ken) Geisbrecht; and 10 grandchildren. The Funeral Service for Jack will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the Erwood Church of God. Jack will be laid to rest in the Erwood Community Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Erwood Church of God or the Canadian Bible Society. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Malinoski & Danyluik Funeral Home, Humboldt (306-682-1622).

Our condolences to our first friends in Canada who adopted us in 1971. Uncle Jack was the kindest soul that I have ever met. Aunty Audrey also helped us new immigrants cope with Erwood.May God help you cope with the loss of dad, uncle and grandpa.7809516677
