Jackie L. Cordrey

Jackie L. Cordrey, 54, of Galion, passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Galion Community Hospital, Galion.

Jackie was born in Gallipolis, on July 5, 1963 to the late Russell D. and Wanda N. (Holston) Taylor. She married Ron Cordrey, Sr. on August 7, 1994 and he preceded her in death on November 20, 2012.

Jackie was very proud of her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed putting together puzzles and going to car shows. Her favorite car trips included visiting Amish country and going to the Prairie Peddler.

She is survived by her children; Brandie and Eric Pitt, Crestline, Jamie Davis and Trevord Colbert, Galion, Ron Cordrey, Jr., Akron, Misha and Noel Downing, Bucyrus, her grandchildren; Kensie Pitt, Elianna Davis, Nakiyah and Tyleah Colbert, Michael Downing, Nicole Downing, her brothers and sisters; Jim Taylor, Gallipolis, Jane and John Gilbert, Huntington, WV, Naomi and Gary Bryan, Crown City, Pam and Roger Cordrey, Galion, Debbie and Dave Carpenter, Oak Hill, Jessie and Jo Taylor, Crown City, Dick Cordrey, Tom and Georgia Cordrey, Tim and Lynn Cordrey, Pamela Lefeue, Shirley Cordrey, and a great-granddaughter, Sophia.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by brothers and sisters; Russell Taylor, and Jean Gallispie, her brother and sister-in-law, John and Judy Taylor, Edna Taylor, her nieces; Missy (Caldwell) Martin and Pammie Cordrey.

Graveside services will be held in Crawford County Memory Gardens, Crestline on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 12:00 PM with Pastor Joe Stafford officiating.
