Jacob Madden Darby, 17, passed away Thursday night, Nov. 20, 2008. Jacob was born Feb. 27, 1991, in Corsicana to Linda Sue and Thomas Madden Darby and brother Tommy Earl Darby. The Darbys were all born in Corsicana.Jacob was the youngest of two children and the angel of his mother’s eyes. Lets see ... I love football and basketball. Fishing, I do that every once in a while; I LOVE MUSIC and I always try to keep up to date on the newest stuff out. I like all kinds of music except jazz and bluegrass.”He did like his movies and music and enjoyed so much seeing them and listening to them with his family. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Thomas Darby; grandparents, J.T. and Clara Mae Beasley; and his uncle, Buddy Beasley. He is survived by his parents, Linda Sue Darby and Thomas Madden Darby; brother, Tommy Earl Darby; sister-in-law, Anna Dawn Darby; grandmother, Angelene Madden Darby; uncles, Jerry Beasley, Carlton Beasley, Joe Darby and Andrew Darby; aunt, Janene Darby Mueller; great-aunts, Nester Smith and Bobbie Jo Darby; cousins, Wade Beasley, David Beasley, Scott Beasley, Kenneth Joe Darby, Micheal Mueller, Christopher Franklin, Lauren Darby Coker, Brooke Darby, Danika Darby, Chris Beasley, Andra Beasley and Shannon Beasley; and his friends from his hometown of Corsicana.Pallbearers will be Scott Beasley, Wade Beasley, Kenneth Joe Darby, Chris Franklin, Chad Barron, John Williams and Joe Darby.Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Kerens.Services will be 3 p.m. today at Griffin-Roughton Chapel with the Rev.
